September 2026 marks a very special milestone for us at Sanford Systems.
One year since Sanford Systems Design Ltd officially became a limited company.
While a year might not sound like a long time, when you look back at everything that has happened over the past 12 months, it is incredible to see just how far we have come.
From building websites and improving search visibility to helping businesses strengthen their online presence, the last year has been filled with projects, challenges, opportunities and, most importantly, fantastic relationships with our clients.
Today, we’re taking a moment to celebrate.
From an idea to a growing business
Sanford Systems was created with a simple idea: digital support should be practical, understandable and genuinely useful to businesses.
We had seen too many businesses spending money on websites and marketing without really understanding what they were getting in return.
We wanted to do things differently.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, we wanted to work closely with businesses, understand what makes them unique and then provide the digital support that actually makes sense for them.
That philosophy remains at the heart of everything we do today.
As a family-run business, Sanford Systems is built around clear communication, honest advice and a personal approach. We don’t believe businesses should have to understand complicated marketing terminology to make good decisions about their online presence.
Our first year as a limited company
On 5 September 2025, Sanford Systems Design Ltd officially became a limited company.
That date represented much more than simply registering a company.
It represented a commitment to building something for the long term.
Over the past year, we’ve continued to develop our services, improve our processes and work with businesses across a range of industries.
Today, we help businesses with:

- Website support and maintenance
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Social media management
- Online advertising
- Marketing and business growth
Our aim throughout all of this has remained the same: help businesses make the internet work for them.
The people behind Sanford Systems
Sanford Systems wouldn’t be what it is today without the people behind it.
As a family-run company, we each bring different skills and perspectives to the business.
Carl Sanford – Managing Director
Carl oversees the day-to-day running of the business, including website development, SEO, project management, administration and accounts.
Kevin Sanford – Operational Director
Kevin helps oversee our operations and internal processes, helping ensure projects run smoothly and our clients receive a reliable service.
Charlotte Farrington – Creative Director
Charlotte leads our creative direction, including design and social media, helping ensure our clients’ brands are presented professionally and consistently.
Together, we bring different strengths to the business, but we share the same goal: to help our clients succeed.
A year of learning, adapting and growing
Running a business is never completely straightforward.
There have been challenges along the way, lessons we’ve had to learn and plenty of moments where we’ve had to adapt.
But that’s also what makes the journey worthwhile.
Over the past year, we’ve continued to learn more about our clients, their industries and the challenges businesses face when trying to compete online.
We’ve refined the way we work, expanded the services we offer and continued to invest in building Sanford Systems for the future.
And we’re incredibly proud of the progress we’ve made.

Although we’re taking a moment to celebrate one year, we’re certainly not slowing down.
In fact, we’re only just getting started.
Our goal for the coming years is to continue developing Sanford Systems into a trusted digital partner for businesses that want to improve their online presence and grow.
We want to continue helping businesses build better websites, become more visible in search engines, reach new customers and make better use of digital marketing.
But most importantly, we want to continue doing it in the way we believe businesses deserve – personally, practically and without unnecessary jargon.
